At New Dawn Curtains and Blinds, we manufacture some products ourselves. Others we work with partner suppliers who we know and trust. But no matter whether the products that we supply and fit were made by us or by our preferred suppliers, we guarantee the products for a minimum* of 3 years.

Because we only work with particular companies. If we work with a company and we don’t think that their products are good enough, we don’t work with them again.

So you can be confident that your curtains are going to swish along their rails for years to come, your blinds will glide and your motorised solution is going to continue faultlessly.

And, in the rare occasions that something does go wrong, you know that one call to us and we’ll get any problem sorted.

Our guarantee covers all parts and materials with only a few simple, standard exclusions as detailed below:

As well as our minimum* 3 years guarantee, we provide a lifetime service for you and your curtains and blinds.

What does that mean?
Well, after a while you may want to wash your blinds, but want advise on the best way to do that.

Maybe you’ve taken your curtains or blinds down to decorate a room and they don’t quite work the same way when you put them back up.

In a few years of hard wear, sometimes parts break and need replacing.

Sometimes cats and dogs are the culprits.

Whatever the situation, get in touch and we will do our very best to help. We promise.

*Some products, such as shutters, come with their own longer guarantee – shutters are guaranteed for 10 years, all Luxaflex products for 5 years and all somfy motors for 5 years as well.
