Design Process

New Dawn partner with our chosen supplier, InShade, and you will speak with one of their design consultants who will create a 3D model of your space using our measurements.

They will work with you to decide which configuration of sails you want in your room to give you the best light/shade combination.

Design Options

Sail blinds for your conservatory can be used individually or in groups and can be stretched, positioned and shaped to create a truly bespoke finish that meets your requirements on usability, shading and beauty.

Whether you need to shade the entire conservatory, or want to target specific areas, the InShade designers can advise on the best options for you.

Point to Point Configuration

Point to point designs provide around 65% coverage which is sufficient to control heat in most conservatories. A simple symmetrical design works best and this option maintains a bright open feel and makes the most of the view from your glass roof

Multipoint Configuration

Multipoint sail blinds are a cost-effective solutions. The style is minimal and simple and works very well for square roof areas.

Totally Customisable

Need an area to be left uncovered? Have a top light that needs access to operate? Not a problem.

Easy to remove and clean

The material is soft and stretchy, so you simply unhook, wash and hook back.

It also gives you the flexibility to remove the blinds in winter if you want to let more light in.
